Rambam Square – Ramat-Gan

A master plan for Rambam Square, that functions as the main town square.
The plan suggests:
The cancellation of Haroe Street crossing the square, so that the entire square is made a pedestrian-only area.
A central pedestrians crossing along an “aqueduct”. The crossing will continue towards Hayeled blvd. and Jabotinsky Street.
A city hall space, on top of the existing city hall building, which is planned to be preserved. Near the new city hall building there will be a square that functions as a part of the main square.
The construction of residential towers with ground floor façades that will serve as square boundaries.

Area: 12,000 sqm
Client: Ramat-Gan Municipality.
