Nof Yam North



A restricted competition for planning a high-density residential neighborhood set northern to Nof-Yam neighborhood, between Haifa Road and the seashore and across from Apollonia Fortress.
Planning highlights:
Maximum orientation of res. Units towards the sea and the open land.
Outlining a wide central park (perpendicular to the sea, designed as a continuation of the National Park) that contains the main public institutions.
An orthogonal crossroad encircling residential buildings that surround a large inner garden.



Scheme area: about 600,000 sq.m
Residence: about 3,400 res. Units.
Competition held by: Israel Land Administration and the Herzliyya Municipality.
