The Neve-Zeev neighborhood – Be’er Sheva



A master plan and detailed plans for a residential neighborhood at the south-west edge of Be’er-Sheva, set between Joe Alon Road and the Be’er-Sheva stream and west to the old city.
The roads, which combine with the urban roads, divide the quarter into seven urban sections, each containing specific residential blocks.
The quarter center and main gateway is a wide boulevard boarded with commercial façades.
At the heart of the neighborhood spreads an urban park that opens into the Be’er-Sheva Stream reservation.



Scheme area: 3,500,000 sq.m
Residential: 10,000 res. Units
Status: under advanced construction phase, mostly occupied.
