Mizpe Ramon city scheme
A city scheme for 20,000 inhabitants. The scheme includes a detailed plan for the city center and for a residential quarter of 1,000 res. Units alongside a pedestrians’ lane bordered by row-houses, that leads to the town center. From the pedestrians’ lane there are entrances to cottages clusters surrounding an inner courtyard. The cottages, built by Ashkubit Industrialized Building co. Ltd., are modular 3D precast units.
