A 68 floor tower at the Elite junction (Jabotinsky st. and Abba-Hillel st.).

The Diamond Exchange District plan – Ramat-Gan



A master plan for the diamond Exchange District in Ramat-Gan.
The plan divides the district into thirteen detailed plans and regulates the traffic system by introducing a ring road, commencing at the Modai Bridge above the Ayalon highway and ends at the train interchange, passing under the junctions of Bezalel and Abba-Hillel streets and Jabotinsky road, connecting directly into the underground parking facilities of the main projects.



The total area is about 600,000 sq.m of buildings.
Eleven of these schemes have been approved, part have already been built (City Gate Ramat-Gan, Gibor-Sport building, City-Tower hotel), part are under construction and the rest are pending building permits.

Shuly Tower- Ramat-Gan



A 30 floor residential tower containing 100 res. Units. The tower is at Bialik Street across the Rambam Square. Its four bottom floors along the ground’s front serve as a part of the square’s western boundary.

The Facility of the humanities at the Ben-Gurion University in the Negev, Beer-Sheva



A linear structure built over a three floor stoa used as the “faculty lane”. Alongside that lane there are a cafeteria, a multi-purpose hall of 450 seats and cores of staircases, elevators and public service.

Hasharon Prison – Tel-Mond



A maximum security detention facility built with the concept of improving the inmates’ conditions. The building complex houses about 640 inmates in four detention structures. Each structure contains two wings, in every wing forty cells. Each cell inhabits two inmates a fixed toilet facility.
The central administration block has an intake and release section, a clinic and hospitalization rooms, a visiting section, central kitchen, administration, staff residence and an education center.

Etzel Museum – Tel-Aviv

(The “Irgun” Museum, also known as “Beit Gidi”, named after Amihai “Gidi” Faglin)
In the memory of the “Irgun” members who were killed during the 1948 battle for the conquest of Jaffa.
The remains are of one of the old sandstone buildings that created the Manshia neighborhood urban texture and survived in order to serve as a piece of historical memory and as a living museum.
It is as if the building tries to freeze time at the day of the battle over Jaffa. While renovating it, we did our best to respect the remains of the building that slowly crumbled along the years by the sea breezes.
On one of the walls we inscribed the following words:
“At the crossroads of Tel-Aviv and Jaffa
Across from the sea and the ancient port
For many years (1948-1978)
This building has fought to keep intact…. and won the battle.
“……….…and say to the wind………….. ”
