City Entrance Area – Jerusalem



A detailed scheme for a complex of office and commerce buildings at the city entrance junction, between Jaffa Street and Shazar blvd.
The scheme comprises three blocks:
-The 33 floor Etz-Chaim Tower across from the city entrance junctions
-The Post Authority building
-The 30 floor Kaldash Tower across from the new central bus station.
A 5 floor building with a commercial arcade extends along Jaffa Street creating a homogenous urban façade.



Scheme area: 218,000 sq.m
Construction area: 92,500 sq.m
Parking facility: 1,400 parking spaces
Client: Yeshivat Etz-Chaim and Kaldash co.
Status: pending approval of the Local Planning Council – 2001.
