A pedestrian plaza built on top of a public parking facility between Gibor House, Manufacturers Association House and Dan Panorama Hotel. The plaza is designed as a set of sloping plains and it includes a fountain, an amphitheatre, public toilets, trees natural habitat and an observatory.
