Ayalon Highway South – Bat-Yam – Holon section
Urban development project to fulfill the land potential of the Ayalon highway route. This is planned to be achieved by means of partial walling, as a part of an overall plan for all the Ayalon highway routes (from Herzliyya to Tel-Aviv and all the way to Rishon Leziyyon) under the intention of patching up and rebuilding the urban tissues that were cut off and deteriorated when the Ayalon highway was constructed.
The urban tissues rebuilding is achieved through partial walling of the routes while the residential neighborhoods on both their sides are being developed and rebuilt through “vacate & build” projects.
The original grounds will be used for the construction of public buildings and public open spaces for the welfare of the residents. These grounds will function as the pedestrian promenade’s center.
